GEDOOG TROIKA VVD-CDA-PVV WORDT NU met de splitsing van ‘het paard van pvv’ EEN VIERINSPANNING

Om 15:56 op dinsdag 20 maart 2012 was het heugelijke nieuws van ‘hero’ Brinkman zijn uittreden nog niet te vinden op de web site van de PVV, terwijl Brinkman toch dapper in de voetsporen van Geert Wilders trad, die in het jaar 2004 uit de VVD Tweede Kamer Fractie stapte en op persoonlijke titel in de kamer bleef zitten. Hier dan mijn aanpassing van de PVV Tweede Kamerploeg. Of Hero Brinkman dezelfde stoel behoudt weet ik niet, dat kan toch wel onwennig zijn om in je eentje temidden van je voormalige fractiegenoten te zitten.

om 16:50 op dinsdag 20 maart 2012 is dan toch de heer Hero Brinkman verdwenen van de Tweede Kamer Fractie PVV pagina zonder dat daarbij enige uitleg te vinden is, ook niet op de rest van de PVV website, een ongeplande ontwikkeling lijkt het wel.

Sinds de invoering van het Algemeen Kiesrecht is het 30 x voorgekomen dat namens een bepaalde partij gekozen Tweede Kamerleden zich van hun partij afsplitsten en het is echt niet alleen bij rechtse of uiterst rechtse partijen dat het partijkeurslijf te krap werd bevonden. Even turven leert dat de kampioen afsplitser de LPF – ooit bedoeld als de partij van Pim Fortuyn – was (5x) gevolgd door de AOV -ouderen partij (4x) en de Boerenpartij van Boer Koekoek uit de zestiger jaren (4x), dan volgen PvdA (2) en VVD (2x) en een heel rijtje partijen waar het maar één keer is voorgeomen: CPN, KVP, CHU, D’66, CDA, CP (Centrum Partij), RPF, PSP, SP en nu dus ook de PVV (1x), maar daar hoeft het niet bij te blijven, het zaad van verdeeldheid is gezaaid.

Het zal veel inspanning vergen om de landskar met dit nieuwe vierspan te trekken en het zijn andere kleine fracties als SGP en wellicht ook de Partij voor de Dieren die om hand- en spandiensten gevraagd zal worden. DEMOKRATIE = DE HELFT + 1 …hoe nauw de marges ook zijn – en een gegeven mandaat voor anderhalf duizend dagen is tussentijds niet herroepbaar. Zolang de Tweede Kamer niet bij machte is om middels een ‘motie van wantrouwen’ of ‘afkeuring’, gericht op één of meerdere ministers, de minster-president of het hele kabinet, met de vereiste helft+1 meerderheid aangenomen te krijgen, kan de regering – gedoogd of niet, met een ruime of krappe meerderheid, zelfs met een bewezen minderheid – gewoon blijven zitten. Zo eenvoudig zit ons staatsrecht in elkaar. Opgewonden haastige ‘standjes’ als vandaag te lezen waren van meerdere oppositie-leiders gaan voorbij aan die realiteit. Ook, zouden de huidige oppositieleiders zich de omgekeerde situatie moeten voorstellen, waarbij zij een krap meerderheids- of gedoogd minderheidskabinet bemannen en bevrouwen, zouden zij zich dan niet zelf willen beroepen op het hiervoor geschetste staatsrecht?

PVV was 24 zetels en is nu 23 zetels; Lid Hero Brinkman zijn fractie heb ik hier PVH genoemd Partij van/voor Hero Brinkman.

Een motie van wantrouwen van de oppositie zit er nauwelijks in, zelfs met een deelname van PvdA (30) + SP (15) + D66 (10) + GL (10) + PvdD (2) = 67. Neem nu eens aan dat de wat “progressievere” christen protestanten van de CU ook nog meedoen dan is dat 67 + 5 = 72. “Schluss” niks te motie van wantrouwen.

In het andere kamp zitten altijd nog VVD (31) + CDA (21) + PVV (23) = 75.

Als Hero Brinkman mee stemt is dat 75+ 1 = 76, doet hij dat niet dan zijn er nog SGP (2) die het doodsoordeel van een aangenomen motie van wantrouwen of afkeuring kan helpen afwenden.

Naar een symbool voor zijn nieuwe partij hoeft Hero Brinkman in ieder geval niet lang te zoeken hij kan de ‘blauwvoetmeeuw’ van de Wilderse PVV (*) zo inruilen voor de brutale ‘koekkoek’ …

Koningin wast hond vader Maxima

Waarom lees ik die krant altijd zo slordig (aflevering 2)

“KONINKLIJKE FAMILIE KLUST…” mijn niet echt wakker oog schiet over het scherm waarop de gratis on-line editie van De Volkskrant en even verder op die computerkrantenpagina vangt mijn ooghoek een andere flard tekst: “JUSTITIE VERVOLGT VADER MAXIMA…” Er schieten allerlei gedachten door mijn hoofd bij dit slordig lezen: “waarom klussen ze er bij, dat is toch óver sinds Prins Bernard?” en “het kan toch niet waar zijn …Pa Zoreguieta dan toch vervolgd?!” Nog voor dat mijn oog de rest van die krantenkoppen gelezen heeft, klikt mijn hand al op de muis en ontdek ik dat het gaat om – niet meer en niet minder –  éénmaal per jaar  koninklijk vrijwilligerswerk. Ik zie daarbij een fraaie foto van een koningin op leeftijd die een hond op leeftijd eens lekker witwast. Terug op de hoofdpagina ontwaar ergens een kopje “INVALLEN IN WITWASZAAK ..”, maar ik wil eerst het mijne weten over de vader van Máxima en klik, daar zie ik op het einde van de regel het woordje “NIET.” “Toch jammer”, denk ik en in mijn warhoofd vervloeien al deze indrukken tot een nieuw en emblematisch schermbeeld.

Reuter’s opinion poll on Iran: “WOHLT IHR DEN TOTALEN KRIEG?”

“AMERICANS SUPPORT ATTACK ON IRAN BECAUSE OF NUCLEAR BOMB” is the latest header here of our crazed daily De Volkskrant (The People’s Paper). ‘Because’ = the Dutch word ‘om’. What is next? ‘AMERICAN SUPPORT ATACK ON IRAN WITH NUCLEAR BOMB?” ‘WITH’ = ‘met’ in Dutch. The word “Americans” in the news paper header points to an opinion poll done for the news agency Reuters. 56% says to support an USA attack (in case nuclear bomb existence can be proven for Iran). A sickening development in “our” news media: war by popular consent. “WOHLT IHR DEN TOTALEN KRIEG?” was the opinion poll question by Joseph Goebbels on the 18. of February 1943 in the Sport Palace Building in Berlin. We may try to remember the results.

PVV ZET RUTTE OP STRAAT: waarom lees ik die krantenkoppen altijd verkeerd?

Wat bracht mij ertoe om deze ‘détournement’ (verdraaiing/omdraaiing) te maken? Pas nu ik er een dag later naar terugkijk zie ik in wat mij spontaan tot het maken van dit plaatje dreef: die hele media-heiza rondom het ontslag van wat gewoonweg een trainer bij een voetbalclub is die een raar soort arbeidscontract heeft zodat ze hem – als het de bestuurders niet langer zint – zo de laan uit kunnen sturen. De hele voorgaande week al zag ik steeds die naam ‘Rutten’ en aangezien ik verre van voetbalminnend ben zag ik de letter ‘n’ na het woord ‘Rutte’ eerst over het hoofd. “Zou het om een broer van Mark Rutte gaan”, dacht ik? Dan was er de entourage met al die camera’s en fotografen in het beeld, alsof het om een kabinetscrisis ging. Dieper liggend dan nog de dictatoriale associatie van een Eerste Minister die gewoon de laan uitgestuurd kan worden als zijn ‘gedoogpartner’ het niet langer zint. PSV en PVV dat is maar 1 letter verschil! Dan dringt zich – nogmaals – de praktijk van ‘het de laan uitsturen’ op, omdat er onvoldoende gepresteerd wordt. Is dat niet wat je voortdurend leest als de oppositie zich uitspreekt over het kabinet? Voetbaldoelpunten kunnen in de plaats gesteld worden van ‘Hondse opiniepeilingen’. “Onder Rutte wordt onvoldoende gescored” en “De straat op met die man!” hoor ik dan in mijn hoofd. Er is heel wat verholen deernis in gelaat en lichaamshouding van Frank Rutten op de krantenfoto’s als hij veld aan het ruimen is, iets wat van zijn bijna naamgenoot Mark Rutte niet gezegd kan worden. Het bestuur van een voetbalclub zelve, is ook weer een wankel geheel, zoals wij via de dagelijkse voorpagina-berichtgeving gedurende het afgelopen half jaar, in Telegraaf en Het Parool geleerd hebben. Zijn het niet de aandeelhouders die hun dividend missen, dan zijn het wel de leden van de supporters-vereniging die mee willen spelen. Zo worden bestuurskamers en hun inhoud regelmatig stevig door elkaar geschud, waarbij soms de bedrijfs-top zelf, op straat komt te verkeren. Zo gaat het met associëren – van iets met iets anders – er valt veel van te leren.

IRON BRAINS keep playing their wargames over Israel and Gaza: everybody loses, except war-industry.

I have a hard time understanding the aerial combat over Israel and Gaza. What is the idea of the Palestinian brigades to fire their low tech rockets to penetrate the Iron Shield protected area of Israel? 90% of such rockets – it is said – are now destroyed in mid air by the the Israeli defence system, whereas the people in Gaza have no defence whatsoever against incoming retaliation bombardments from the endless military arsenal of Israel. The picture with the dog in the foreground and the smoke trail of the Israeli anti-rocket system intercepting a Gaza-strip fired rocket, was taken on Saturday the 9th of April 2011 in the field near Ashkelon in Israel with the following command: “Nicole was out walking her dogs when she heard the distant siren and the booms. In the fields there is nowhere to hide, so she just watched the Iron Dome shooting the rocket out of the sky, leaving a puff and white smoke trail.” (3)

I need two arms and two fingers to point at all those despicable missile launchers. The only ones gaining from this ‘iron brains game’ is the weapon industry that uses the territories of Israel and Gaza as a testing grounds for the most advanced military products as is summarised in these visuals from trade brochures…

More than one hundred rockets fired from Gaza at Israeli territory, 6 Israelis’s wounded, retaliation attacks on Gaza 21 dead (March 12, 2012). There must be an immense hatred for all those ‘iron brains’ launching their explosive devices, from whatever side, for whatever ideological or security claim. But, who can earnestly express such a view, either in Israel or Gaza?

Stimulating ‘PowerPoint’ presentation of Dominique Strauss Kahn at The Cambridge Union Society

Dominique Strauss Kahn flanked by security guards explains how to drag global economy out of its actual slump using the famous 1926 diagram of Fritz Kahn published in "Das Leben des Menschen/Life of Man" as a concrete metaphor of how to stimulate economic growth. Seven steps can be distinguished: 1) Die Geslechtsdrüsse/Sexual glands; 2) Erotische Eindrücke/Erotic impressions; 3) geslechtlige Eregung/Sexual arousal; 4) Hemmungen wie moralische Bedenken/Inhibitions like moral considerations (that have to be overcome); 5) Rückenmark/Spinal cord (transporting the accumulated data to...); 6) Erektionszentrum/Erectional centre; 7) Schwellkörpernadern/Erectile tissue (that will produce the intended rise). ---- click picture for full size view ----

For an inside report of the lecture in the guarded off hall of Cambridge Student’s ‘Union Society’ I can recommend the student’s paper ‘The TAB Cambridgetab.co.uk” in its issue of Saturday, 10 March 2012 which has several readers comments from within the Cambridge student community:

<quote> Dominique Strauss-Kahn managed to talk about economics for most of the evening to an under-capacity Union, but the ex-IMF Chief was forced from home turf when a student asked about rape allegations made earlier this year. Will Lawn, a 3rd year student from King’s College asked Strauss-Kahn to “explain why Diallo had vaginal bruising the day after you met her,” referring to the hotel maid who alleges that DSK raped her in May 2011. Security, who flanked DSK throughout the talk, tried to rush him out, but both Strauss-Kahn and Union President Katie Lam let him finish his question. Strauss-Kahn responded by saying: “I’m not quite sure that’s the topic of this evening. New York dismissed the case… What more do you want?”</quote>

 <quote>But while there was limited opposition within the chamber, outside the Union the atmosphere was vitriolic. Behind the debating chamber over 200 protesters clashed with police and security, parading anti-DSK placards and chanting slogans such as “No more violence, no more rape” and ”DSK, go away, justice for Diallo.” Activists also clashed with a pro-DSK campaigner, ripping the sign he was carrying, which was covered in free speech slogans.</quote>

“Not guilty until proven” seems to be a strong proDSK argument, but those who use it apparently did NOt follow the way how someone with lots of power and lots of money could wriggle out of almost any justice procedure.

 Casting doubt on the status of a victim is one of the ugly aspects of such a process. Next are conspiracy theories and there were several suggestions of attempts at framing a prospected French President candidate. The the colour of the victim versus the colour of the perpetrator and discriminatory law practices was brought in also, amplified with the aspect of class differences and discrimination of women. Differences also of culture, between a more protective attitude toward private life of politicians and officials in France versus the overt judgemental morality stance taken in the USA further obscured the issue. This bristle cloud of public debate has thrown so much dust in the air that Dominique Strauss Kahn’s lawyers managed to wriggle him out of prison, into a luxurious safe house and finally had him acquitted and free to leave the USA. There is NO Truth to be found in this kind of sensational cases. They do get Mythical and a myth is a unstable piece of lore that – nevertheless – does have some founding in a real event that occurred in whatever way  in the past.

 There was an escapade of DSK in a New York Hotel and the chances that this was just a spontaneous consensual ‘rendezvous’ are at best hypothetical. More important DSK has a history of non-consensual relieve of his libido upon the bodies of ladies of which some have found the courage to express their disgust and anger publicly. All cases not formerly proved, none that has lead to a conviction. Muffling by hired lawyers of free speech, and whatever undisclosed means of pressure available to a man of political power like DSK, form the basis of his actual standing. Arguing that honouring an earlier invitation to the Student Union of Cambridge (as I understood) of DSK should be kept in the name of ‘free speech’ is preposterous.

 What remains is DSK’s record as an economist and his abilities to influence the global market in a remarkable way. None of this seems to be true in the eyes of economists, there are monitoring and evaluation reports of his own International Monetary Fund – nicely put on-line – that take a critical stance at his performance in this field.  My suggestion is a less emotional and more analytical approach to the now historic DSK in Cambridge case. What I did find most ‘endearing’ was not only reading your magazine, but also the photographof the actual crummy stage of the Student Union lecture hall, that must have been such a non-glorious and shaming stand for Dominique Strauss Kahn to end up as a speaker in such an environment. Comment on TAB student paper blog by 'Cambridge Moonion': Re: "crummy stage". The actual room is a pretty amazing example of Victorian architecture. He was just giving his speech from the back of the room rather than the front because he needed to be near a door for security reasons. In contrast an image of the Beijing business conference performance of Dominique Strauss Kahn, this come back event was arranged before DSK was once more publicly associated with a prostitution ring embracing two continents, form Lille in the North of France to New York. (***)

Schrikbewind voor Damschreeuwer door Schrikreactie – Weg met de Volksveehekken!

NIEUWE BETEKENIS VOOR HET WOORD – SCHRIKBEWIND - 8 MAANDEN CEL VOOR DE DAMSCHREEUWER OM SCHRIKREACTIE.

…in het hoger beroep van deze dwarse snuiter. Een rechterlijke macht die niet weet te relativeren komt te verkeren. Dranghekken van een instabiel type die omvielen door een schrikreactie van omstanders leidde tot een stampij, met enkele gewonden. Krijgen wij voortaan een Dodenherdenking zonder dranghekken?

Ik stel voor een symbolisch lint, door het publiek zelf vastgehouden, ter afscheiding van minder bredere looppaden dan voorheen – voor de autoriteiten – als teken van een meer zachtaardige samenleving, waar de heersende macht daadwerkelijk ruimte weet te geven aan het volk. Weg met het gedrang! Weg met de ‘volksveehekken’!

Niet dat de Damschreeuwer als persoon mij sympathiek is, maar het principe van gelijke rechtspleging gaat mij aan het hart. De optelsom van overmatige afstraffing voor het mogelijk – door een kettingreactie – veroorzaken van een niet dodelijke ‘stampij’, een gedwongen psychiatrisch onderzoek en maandenlang voorarrest, blijft achter als een smet op de Nederlandse rechtspleging.
